Raw material(steel bar)→Chemical and mechanical inspection→ Hot piercing→Pipe billet→Acid pickling and phosphoric→Cold drawn or cold rolled→Heat treatment→End cutting→End punching→Cold drawn

or Cold rolled (Mold checking and size inspection during  processing )→ Heat treat(the second )→ outer or inner surface cleaning→final heat treatment(Anaerobic annealing, anaerobic normalizing, aerobic annealing, etc.  BK,NBK,GBK etc)→Mechanical inspection→straightening→Cut into required length(5.8meters or 6 meters pipe)→100% Eddy current test→100% Size and surface inspection test→Black phosphating or Zinc cotating orPolishing→Marking if needs→Anti-rust Oiling→Packing→Delivery.

Every piece will under Eddy current flaw detection to make sure that the tube could work in high pressure and won’t outleakage. Both ends are covered with plastic covers and covered with plastic films. This can effectively avoid scratches on pipe orifice and pipe surface.
