Each steel pipe is subject to nondestructive testing. The inner wall of the steel pipe is washed under high pressure and immersed in antirust oil, which can withstand greater pressure. Both ends are equipped with dust.
SAE J524 Standard covers cold drawn and annealed seamless low-carbon steel pressure tubing intended for use as hydraulic lines and in other applications requiring tubing of a quality suitable for flaring and bending.
The seamless steel tube Straigtness: tube shall be straightened to atolerance of 1mm over a 1000mm lenght.
